Acqua is a luxurious, six-story residential complex, designed by New York–based Uruguayan architect Rafael Viñoly.Located just in front of the splendid beaches of El Golf, half way between the peninsula and La Barra, Acqua introduced an unprecedented level of construction quality and architectural refinement to the South American housing market.
Our flat is one of the largest - displaying a total area of 1433 m² / 15420 ft² and definitely one of the most charming single floor apartment units - exquisitely decorated by renowned interior designer Dolores Alzaga.

Payment Policy
- A deposit of 50% of the rental price is required immediately, in order to secure availability and price, after signing a seasonal (short-term) rental contract of real estate property.
- Balance is due 60 days prior to the date of arrival, with an additional security deposit of 20% of the rental price to cover utilities and house expenses (electricity, water, telephone, natural gas), and any eventual damages that may occur during your stay.
- The remaining of the security deposit, if any, will be transferred back to you within 5 business days after the check-out.
- All payments are non-refundable and must be made through bank-to-bank transfers.
- Full advanced payment is required for bookings made within 60 days prior to the date of arrival.
The Price Includes
- Exclusive use of the premises and existing furniture and fixtures detailed in the inventory (fully equipped) and Acqua amenities (Large outdoor swimming pool, Gym, Spa, laundry and beach club).
- Bellboy service.
- Cleaning service: 3 maids working 2 hours per day.
- Condo's Concierge service (restaurant reservations, etc.)
- 3 sun loungers and 1 sun umbrella for free and 20% discount on food and beverages at the beach club.
