VILLA DESCRIPTION
This charming beachfront villa is located in a tranquil and exclusive coastal area, among a pristine eucalyptus forest and the secluded beaches of Santa Monica, just five minutes away from José Ignacio - the epicentre of the Uruguayan Riviera.Nossa Villa is one of the masterpieces of Mario Connio, a Porteño architect who returned to South America after 36 years in Madrid, that is currently riding the wave of the new developments of the Uruguayan Riviera.
This exclusive wooden house is nested on a 3,500 m² / 37,670 ft² property and cleverly concealed from view, providing total intimacy to its guests. Crossing the entrance gate, there is a parking area for up to five cars and two deck paths that lead to the main entrance door and to a separate entrance for the hired help. The main entrance door is preceded by a porch, and provides access to a central outdoor patio, surrounded by covered galleries, with a marvelous pond in the middle fenced by dense vegetation. This patio is the heart of the house, as it connects all bedrooms and living areas.
Nossa Villa can accommodate up to ten guests in its five suites with ensuite bathrooms. Three of them, including the ocean-view Master Suite, are located on the ground level, as well as a separate TV room and the guest’s toilet. The other two suites are located upstairs, in two independent attic-style towers with high ceilings.
Opposite to the main door, the central patio ends at a large living room with floor to ceiling windows along both sides wide of the place, which integrates this space both with the central patio and an outdoor lounge with wooden decks, a heated swimming pool, and the barbecue with an al fresco dining space – all of it facing the Atlantic Ocean. A fireplace separates the living room from a fully-equipped kitchen and a daily dining space.
Other facilities include a laundry room with washing machines and ironing appliances, and an independent house for the full-time housekeeper and maids.
The whole house has wireless internet service, several phones (including one per bedroom), ceiling fans and central heating radiators.

- All payments are non-refundable and must be made through bank-to-bank transfers.
- Full advanced payment is required for bookings made within 60 days prior to the date of arrival.
