VILLA DESCRIPTION
La Chacra is a secluded 3 hectare private property immersed in an ancient forest, within walking distance to Punta del Este’s Brava beach.La Chacra is calmness and pure bliss. The exterior beauty and the rusticity of what originally was a country barn blend in with the refined interiors, where contemporary-style furnishings and modern life technology coexist with country-vintage in total synchronicity, providing a living experience like no other.
Its huge living room with never ending floor to ceiling windows integrates the interiors with the vast green lands that surround the house and melts with a large swimming pool that looks across the green fields and is a mirror to whispering trees. Different seating areas with all-white sofas, chaise longs, arm chairs, stools and coffee tables, and an integrated dining area for 15 people, provide total functionality for its guests.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in its five bedrooms. A large Master Suite with ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and an ample seating area is located on the ground level. Four other bedrooms are distributed in two independent upper floor wings, with huge foyers and shared bathrooms.
A large, fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a garage for 3 cars and independent staff facilities complete the amenities of the house.

- A deposit of 50% of the rental price is required immediately, in order to secure availability and price, after signing a seasonal (short-term) rental contract of real estate property.
- Balance is due 60 days prior to the date of arrival, with an additional security deposit of 20% of the rental price to cover utilities and house expenses (electricity, water, telephone, natural gas), and any eventual damages that may occur during your stay.
- The remaining of the security deposit, if any, will be transferred back to you within 5 business days after the check-out.
- All payments are non-refundable and must be made through bank-to-bank transfers.
- Full advanced payment is required for bookings made within 60 days prior to the date of arrival.
The Price Includes
- Exclusive use of the premises and existing furniture and fixtures detailed in the inventory (fully equipped).
- Staff: 2 maids (1 cooks) and 1 maintenance.
- Pool and garden maintenance.
