Owned by an Uruguayan couple and designed by an Argentine architect, this wonderful, ocean-lodge-style house is nestled in a tranquil and exclusive coastal area, among pristine forests and the unspoiled beaches of Santa Mónica. The house was cleverly designed in two levels, with all the living areas distributed in the first level in order to maximize the views and enhance the living experience - including outdoor lounges with an al fresco dining space, open-air barbeque, and a seasonal swimming pool. Parking space and facilities for the hired help are located in the ground level. This property can accommodate up to six guests in two large suites with ensuite bathrooms and a cabin-style room. The house features a cozy living and dining room with wood burning fireplace and large, floor to ceiling windows that integrate the outdoor areas; a fully-equipped open kitchen, guest's toilet, a small library with some home decor books and travel magazines, as well as a panoramic terrace make this an ideal summer retreat. The decoration is blended with retro and contemporary furniture.
