A 30-hectare, private property immersed in the beautiful countryside of La Barra, just 5 minutes away from La Barra Golf Club and 10 minutes away from the exclusive beaches of Manantiales and La Barra. The house is divided in two independent modules, connected by a central patio with al fresco lounge areas and cooking facilities, and semi-covered gallery with an dining table for 20 people comfortably seated, overlooking the pool area and the countryside. The left-side module features a large living room with bar and fireplace, three bedrooms that opens to the central patio and the master suite, with fireplace, walk-in closet and a veranda with a lounging area, jacuzzi and another bathroom. On the right-side module, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with grill and clay oven, another large living room with fireplace, two suites, a guest toilet, and an additional bedroom for nannies or occasional guests located on the upper level (a 7th bedroom). The estate also features a red clay tennis court, a mini-football (soccer) field, garages, the caretaker’s house and rooms for the staff, and a stable with six horses available for guests’ use at no extra cost. The villa owner's chopper and pilot are available upon request, at hourly rates.
